Return Policy

Return Policy: Returns are not accepted on licensed/transfered firearms or ammunition. If you have received an item that you did not order please contact us at bullzeyesales@bullzeyetactical.com or via the Contact Form (if it is a firearm, we must be contacted prior to the background check and transfer). Special orders requiring prepaid deposits are subject to a 25% cancellation fee. All customer returns or exchanges if applicable must occur within ten (10) days of receipt of merchandise. All returns must be pre-authorized by an Bullzeye Tactical & Hunting, LLC. and a team member will provide a Return Authorization Number (RMA#) if approved. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges related to the transaction. Returns must be in original packaging, not used or messed with and in 100% original condition with all labels, plastic, papers and paperwork intact. By returning it within ten (10) days you will get a full refund, less shipping costs (and fees) and the restocking fees (20% minimum restocking fee*). You must have a 'Return Authorization Number' (RMA) before returning the item. Contact us by phone or email for an RMA- BEFORE YOU RETURN THE PRODUCT! Accessories include (but are not limited to): Holsters, Belts, Knives, Cleaning Supplies, Firearm Add-Ons. *Restocking fees: All returns will be charge a twenty percent restocking fee. Left Handed Items are special order items, and are not returnable. Left Handed Orders May Not Be Cancelled.

For all Firearms, once the order has been shipped and the transfer completed, the gun is considered used and must be returned directly to the manufacturer (or in a few cases a distributor) for warranty repair, and/or replacement.

Any unauthorized returns to Bullzeye Tactical & Hunting, LLC. after shipment will be subject to a minimum 25% restock fee and shipping costs (and fees), NO exceptions. Absolutely NO returns on transfered Firearms and any Ammunition.

Electronic Devices, Hearing Protectors, Lasers, Rangefinders, Lights and other electronic devices are covered by the manufacturer, and must be returned to the manufacturer for repair or replacement. No refunds or returns are accepted on these types of items. We only carry Electronic Devices that are covered under warranty by a reputable manufacturer. Please consult your owner’s manual for warranty information, or call us for instructions. We cannot replace products that have been used, unless they are covered under the manufacturer's warranty, you will send these items directly to the manufacturer for replacement. Note: We do not accept refunds on scopes, binoculars, flashlights, software, DVD’s or hearing protectors.
Manufacturer Warranty & Service: It is best to send your firearm directly to the manufacturer/distributor for repair or adjustment. Some manufacturers/distributor offer superior service and we may direct you in this regard, depending on the brand. If it could be sent back to a distributor, Bullzeye Tactical & Hunting, LLC. will give you a Distributor Card with your firearm purchase. If lost the card or if you do not know the distributor who sold the gun, contact Bullzeye Tactical & Hunting, LLC and we can check by the serial number on the gun.
Used Gun Purchase (Buy Back): At our discretion, we may offer to buy a firearm, at a price to be determined by Bullzeye Tactical & Hunting, LLC.
Refunds: A full or partial merchandise refund will be determined by Bullzeye Tactical & Hunting, LLC. upon inspection of the returned product. A minimum 20% fee and shipping costs (and fees) will be deducted from the refund to cover processing costs. An additional restocking fee or will be deducted from the customer's refund if, upon inspection, it is determined that the returned product has been used and/or damaged by the customer, or is missing any parts, manuals, warranty cards, etc. A refund check will be issued to the customer within fifteen (15) days of receipt of returned merchandise with an accompanying RMA#, or refunded back to the credit card used for the original purchase. Cancellations of orders will be refunded less a minimum 10% processing fee.
Order Cancellation - All requests for order cancellation must be submitted via e-mail. A 10% processing fee will be charged to all orders cancelled after payment has been processed. Payment is processed immediately upon receipt of your order payment. This charge represents the costs we incur to reprocess your transaction and to unpack and restock your order items by our staff. Special orders requiring prepaid deposits are subject to a minimum 25% cancellation fee, no exceptions.
 

NO RETURNS ON ANY TRANSFERED FIREARMS OR ANY AMMUNITION.
FIREARMS MAY NOT BE SHIPPED OUT OF THE USA.
